Delivery -

Delivery to the UK only. We will not be responsible for delays in delivery caused by the courier. If you do not receive your goods, we ask you to wait 10 working days before notifying us, when we in turn will be able to contact Royal Mail to understand if it is a delay or lost parcel.

Return Policy -

If the item has been personalised unfortunately it can not be returned. If the item is delivered damaged, a refund or replacement will be issued. The product will be as close as possible to the picture on the website but final designs may vary slightly from images as the designs are hand painted which of course makes them unique. By ordering and accepting delivery you accept this and that the designs may vary slightly from images online.

When making a purchase through our website you will give information and some of this information is personal data and is subject to the data protection act 1998. Information that is collected and stored by Echo Beach Designs will only be used to fulfil your order successfully and will be destroyed immediately. The privacy of our customers is important to us and no personal info is sold traded or given to any other companies. The data we collect is, your name, address and email address.
